If the community would make a PCR list for these new clans, it would increase competition, helping clan leader mature and such to where they can compete with the Top 6. But other than that, the above posts are correct, it basically comes down to dedicated leadership and members.

Stop arguing on a top pure clan list. REMEMBER THIS IS LISTS ONLY. Today 1. MM 2. FI 3. DP/FOE 4. FOE/DP 5. CP/EOP Didn't go to trip today, so i don't know how other clans performed. Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

Overall 1.MM - Uncontested. 2.FOE - You guys are letting an opening for #2, better lock it down. 3. Fi/DP- The summer will decide this, probably the most heated fight in a while in this community. 4. ^ - The loser of the two. 5. CP - Tbh, I don't see anyone coming near you. Start to fight with DP and FI. 6. EOP - Pick up back on your pulls and maybe you can compete with CP again. 7. CH - Step it up, you guys are doing fine at the moment, try and break into the higher tier clans. 8. CD - I would say you are right behind CH, make a move! 9. EX- Haven't heard much from you guys, slumping? 10. IR - You guys have really slacking since you re-opened, it's back to the same old no competition. Your leadership is somewhat weak, letting 7, 8, and 9 over take you while you've been against these clans longer. Step it up or close those doors, don't turn into AAO. 11. DV - I'm surprised you all are still alive, you have dedicated leaders, some trolling, but then again no motivation to take IR, which I think you could do easily. Honestly, I'm waiting for more competition. These low level clans could possibly mature into mid level clans, if they're was a rawlist amongst them, they actually seem like they give a dam about moving up and being better, unlike some clans.

I think there should be a PCR list for lower leveled clans. It would help them mature into mid level clans and help them compete. I think it would be the perfect idea to bring back competition slowly over time.

The reason why the PCR list failed because it was managed poorly. It should be brought back, but with better moderation. It would increase clan competition among one another.

Cp vs Eop (Neither has proven that one is better than the other, but personally I think CP will take #5.) CH vs EX vs CD (Going to be a long summer for these clans, but I think it'll come down to EX vs CD, with CD coming out with the win. But then again, surprise me, anything can happen.) I would say Fatality. We have the closest leadership around, the best community of all pures clans, and last but not least, DAVEY!!! #fatality, just chill and hang in there are get a taste of whats it's like.
