Players who are in the signed up clans at the end of the sign-up period will be registered to that clan for the duration for the tournament. For example, Mod Timbo is a member of Timbo's Heroes the time that the sign-ups close - he is now registered with Timbo's Heroes and cannot fight for any other clan in the tournament. (We will be using the clan page memberlists as correct at 3pm BST 25th June) Clans can sign up for as many of the Clan Cup's tournaments as it likes, just make sure to sign-up individually on each sign-up thread. You may add new players to your clans to fight during the tournament however any instances of 'mass-recruiting' will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. Memberlists of clans will be taken 24 hours before a war starts. Any players who is added or removed within that 24 hours cannot take part in the war; any clan found to be doing this may be disqualified.
