Yes, there was flaming in IR, but as p0ke said, all in the name of banter. I wouldn't put us on par with CP when it came to claiming to close clans, infact it's really hard to remember the last time we did that sort thing. Your second paragraph is completely ignorant and foolish. You have no idea how inactive the core ranks of IR have been the last year. I've got every single one added on facebook, all have lifes (apart from touqir). I don't think when your ranks are talking in IRC literally 24/7, Ben for example, you can claim to have an inactive leadership. The reason our core ranks are inactive, is because we've had the same ranks for the last 3-5 years and it takes it toll. Heres a man who's been leading a clan for what? 1 year? You have no concept of what it's like to hate this game. Even when E closed you continue to play in various clans, just like all the others did. With IR, the proof is in the pudding; you won't see me, junior, zaya, yousif or zo joining ANY clans or continuing to play.

Don't act like you'd retire m8, you said the same thing about E and DP. My clan recently closed, happy to say that I've not joined any clan yet and won't be joining a clan for that matter, ever. Really funny seeing people claim that they would retire. It takes being cool irl like me and junior to retire from the game. People that haven't even been in their clan that long saying they would retire...facepalm. It's hard for most people to really understand what it's like to TRUELY play for your respective clan, not "clanning in general", the point where you actually hate clanning, but feel the need to continue to play because you don't want to let your friends down, that was my relationship with IR, so with the clan closing, there is simply no logic in joining another clan. if only your clan-mates followed that ideal :P I couldn't agree more, disappointed to see the likes of Ricky joining another clan. Myself, Junior, Zo, Zaya, Yousif have all quit. As for the rest, they're not really on par with the names I mentioned above in terms of their relationship with IR; they all still enjoy clanning in general, mainly because they haven't been around as long as us and aren't bored sick of it. They'll get there tho, you all will.

Felt good to let go, considering I haven't enjoyed the last year one bit, including last summer. A huge burden off my shoulders, thankyou for making this call. Our essential ranks, the top dogs aren't built for pure clanning. We're simply too hot/cool/awsome IRL to continue to waste our time with the bottomfeeders of society. Do I really need to address the people from zenith that are saying "mission complete"? Go ahead and pat yourselves on the back if it makes you feel good. The truth is, you are a better clan, and have been since last summer. But only because your ranks are on 24/7, c0okiez, zack, 0wl etc practically lives/breathes runescape.
