I have great clan experience, pretty decent stats, a consistent pker and a helper when needed...I have been in many clans but i left for good reasons imo. why LPC's? As said above it is dead and its dominated by a bunch of 1 month clans with no stability. I can't really think of a stable low level clan atm.

No current "Low-levelled" pure clans will last over a fortnight, don't waste your time.

 

Rather, concentrate on training your stats and join someone like CP/EoP.

Check out Exiled Force. Low lvl clan i would say, idk your stats or wat their reqs are but i think that they are worth looking into.
