Memberlist size.

Leadership ability (usually less of in teams).

Non-mandatory events - people who have less time irl still have a group of friends to pk with.

Teams are very close and generally everyone will know eachother.

Most teams specialise in single pking, p2p, clan wars and cater to more experienced scapers only.

In a decent team a [for example] group of 10 random members will beat a group of 10 random members of a clan.

Clan leadership is usually far more active in terms of how much they actually have to do on a weekly basis.

Although teams also ***** a lot, there is far more clan propaganda than team propaganda.

Teams have higher requirements.

Teams are more relaxed during trips.

Generally teams don't abide by any enforced honour rules.

Clan members are required to be active on forums whereas team forums are more for advertising and trip times only.

Cbf thinking of anything else.

They are essentially the same if they have a forum/audio and IRC.

Team's are mates pk'ing in a tight nit CC.

As soon as you start introducing forums, IRC, or piggybacking of a "clans" Audio, then your not really a team are you?

More of a "crew" or "unit" based in a clan.

Anyway the words clan and team are always superficial.

Teams are still organized but usually require highly skilled briders or pkers that fight in PvP worlds or at dragon spots on a daily basis.

Clans require alot more leadership and numbers matter more than skill, but skill is still needed. organization is key here.
