Training Ranged With 1 Pray

Alright so I have a lot of money to spend, where is the best place to train Ranged with 1 prayer? I was thinking about red chins but I'm 1 pray and read somewhere that using Cannon at ogres would be faster. Could anybody confirm this?

 

I'm 70 Ranged and I want to get like 90 Ranged so what would be the fastest way?

How much XP is it per hour, and do I go to ogre cage or the ogres by CW?

Fire Giants are pretty good. (The ones at waterfall have saves spot)

I trained there for 85 range, it was around 35K xp an hour with Broad bolts, (Not done it in a while).

It's pretty good loot to as they drop fire battlestaffs, rune scims, rune arrows, rune bars, half of keys and other little bits.

Fire giants are great for charms + range exp. I trained most of my 99 there with mith darts + range pots.
