Public Declarance.

Why do public declarances have to be closed. Personally I think they should remain open for a couple of reasons. Its interesting to know whats going on in the pure world, and these help keep up if they get accepted. As long as they remain flame free, theres really nothing wrong with them :S But if they get declined, just close the topic and move on. What are your guys opinions.

I believe because most of the time, if someone actually expects the other clan to accept, they'll declare on their forums.

The majority of pw declarations are ones they know won't get accepted either due to rules or because that particular clan is pulling significantly higher at the time etc.

eg. when Fi declared P2P fullout on EoP a few months ago because a clan closed into them and they pulled 80 that sunday. They wouldn't negotiate on rules at all and declined any sort of F2P fullout. Then two weeks later when we pm'd them asking for a P2P fullout with their rules they declined.

I guess its nice for some clans to get their 5 minutes of fame.

Stay off our topic hackers. Your clan will die in few months with out goop because how **** you actually are.

(No I am not mad. I feel bad for EOP.)

Hm. A declaration of war should stay open but the details about time and stuff like that should be discussed in private like in IRC or forum pms. After the other clan responds to the declaration, the topic should be closed imo.

Some of you claim it's the only way you can reach a clan, but that's so not true. If you're banned off their site, have another one of your staff go post on it. If they silenced you on IRC, have another person message them. It's really not that hard. The reason why they are not allowed on Pure Warfare is because generally they'll just start more arguments.
