Many different options to train herblore, with lots of price ranges. Since you're going for 99 I assume money doesn't matter and you just want the fastest way, in that case I'd say around 400m`~

It really depends on how you get it, if you want it done fast and you end up doing a lot of extreme ranges (say around 16k that i did lol) then it will cost you a pretty penny, i would say 300m+
