well, even if clans move to rs2006 or battlescape they're gonna stay the same i bet.

 

on battlescape right now clans are 30 or 35 defence and on that server there's no turmoil/curses and you can use hc at 1 defence. there's literally no reason for 30-35 defence and yet they all have it.
