He wants an ON INPUT, so he can "trigger" his own remote commands. So more or less, an input command to imitate the text command.

Do you mean, you can contact it and use it as a bot on MSN? RuneScript (and others I'm sure) has that, I forget what it's called though. But it's not a free service.

Tools->Address Book Check "Enable Nick Colors" Click add, change the mode to "@" and select the color red. Repeat for % and +, then make one for "no mode" and make it whatever color, should take care of it.

I'm not sure how to do a solid border, the line too looks like ****, I just use paint to create a solid border. You can rotate an image using the "transform" option I think? You can make a .gif with by going to "Window" then checking "Animation". When you're finished, go to File->Save for Web & Devices (I think) Only questions I know how to answer:P
