It's because he's using a theme where the text is blue. Clan Leader's ranks are only bolded, that's how they're different from member ranks (visually). This is because Clan Leaders are simply members with slightly greater privileges, so their rank design doesn't differ very far from a member's rank design.

Lol I remember this. Basically you just said !Leet repeatedly to get levels? Just curious, why do you use an identifier alias to perform commands, which requires you to use /noop? Shouldn't you just use /score?

Not a lot actually. When you type !loghelp to find out how to log in, it messages you, so you have to read it in PM, this pretty much prevents that because people'll just type it in the open window. You'll be able to, but for now it's just in beta.
