I made this a long time ago, so the pictures are pretty old. The guide works just as well. Meleeing the Mighty Banshee First, a little Q&A, don't worry; I'll answer for you: Q: Do you want higher attack and/or strength? A: Yes. Q: Do you want to afk train your attack and strength? A: Yes!! Q: Do you want to make money while you afk? A: Yes!!!! Well, with the Mighty Banshees, all of that is possible--even easy! Prerequisites: Required: Smoking Kills done or started. Masked earmuffs. 85+ Combat. Like 100k. Recommended: Haunted Mine Quest. Salve Amulet (e). 4m+? House in the desert. Jaynoob Pk's idea Smoking kills is a relatively easy quest as are the prerequisites to it. Here is a guide for smoking kills: Guide. The Salve Amulet(e) is basically required because it just flat out owns. It takes a little longer to get but if you want to take full advantage of all the banshees have to offer you will get one. Salve Ammy: Guide. Salve Ammy(e): Guide. Dont be a Jaynoob Pk and only get/charge 1 salve ammy! Getting Started: What to Wear? Obviously bring SS/D Scim if your training Str. Mith defender can be swapped for Z Book or whatever. Warrior ring can be swapped with Berserker ring. Monk robes also work fine if your lower defence. I prefer Fire Cape over Skill Cape(t) but r0b1n and Fred like skillcapes. Bring Masked Earmuffs NOT Slayer helm. If you die, Slayer Helm costs 650k, Masked Earmuffs cost 500gp What to Bring? I prefer Zammy Brews over Super Attacks; although they are 200 gp more, they raise Attack higher and give a little pray bonus The 300 coins are for bribing and the carpet ride. How You Get there?: Grab yo duelin ring and go to Duel Arena. Run down to Shanty Pass. Use bank there to withdraw suggested gear. Bribe the guy or pay with pass(noob way). Pay carpet guy to fly to Pollnivneach. Walk South a bit and climb down the Fountain. Or: If your house is in the desert then just telly there. Other Info: The Dungeon is fairly large. Where should you stand? What to pick up? Pure Essence Chaos Runes Air Runes Fire Runes Good Herbs (Ranarr, Kwuarm...) Addy Kites (Alch for 3528) Heres some loot pictures :) ^^ My best trip ever. Usually I get around 1.6k Ess ^^ The profit from 97 to 98 Attack ^^ The profit from 96 to 97 Attack If your house is there its a much quicker journey. Also if you have an alter in there, free prayer. Jaynoob Pk Each trip I get around 360k in items and 130k experience. They usually last around 90 minutes and I use around 100k in potions. When pure clans start accepting 40 Defence they'll start losing 1-20 Defence. If you don't pk in addy g don't get 30 def, that's my thought.
