Low/Med F2P based clan please

I'm searching for an F2P Pk/Warring CLAN!

I prefer 60+ Combat.

 

 

My combat level atm is 59 I'll be 70 in a week or 2 MAX. I'm looking for a clan with a great F2P organisation and that has ATLEAST 1 PREP a week! Also IRC Activity is a must for me if there is no-one on IRC please dont even post ur IRC chat in this topic.

 

Stats in 2 Weeks:

60 Attack | 92 Strength | 75 Range | 44 Prayer | 70 Hitpoints

 

PS: I'm not an ordinary recruit.

TB pulls around 30 - 40

I myself am in NME and it is probably the best clan i've ever been in. Organised as ****, great community and has the best leaders a clan has ever seen. You'll see the geniousity if you join.
