No, low pulling clans see 30 as an unreachable number in some cases.

 

 

Also a prep is a just a planned clw fight so if both clans pull 25 it's still a prep.

I think 20v20 is minimum, if both clans agree on a 30v30 for that prep then that is fine. But 20v20 is a prep id say.

i think the minimum for a prep should be decided between the warring clans, and that we shouldn't try to limit it generally (like defence levels)

Preps are called preps just because they have a set preparation time before hand, whether this be 30mins or up to a week. I think for smaller clans, these should still be "preps" because despite any 'sub 30' pull they've still had this preparation period.
