Ogk, First, let me formally apologize for the response you got here. I'm going to sift through this topic and warn everyone who deserves one. I'm literally embarassed to see this from my members, and even some staff. Just want you to know that this isn't how we treat guests. But, to answer your question: no. We do not allow rune clans (or above) to post their war/recruit/etc topic on our forums. You say that a "rune pure" is a "pure" because "pure" is in the name - I disagree. The term "pure" has been misconstrued by the runescape public. There is no "rune pure" or "barrows pure", or anything similar. These are just attempts by high-defense players to sound like the pker group they admire. There are Rune Pkers, Barrows Pkers, etc. But there is only one type of pure. Naturally, feel free to post on our site and use our guides and forums, but in the clan sense, our resources are reserved for pure clans. Hope this clears some things up.

I don't know - social trends like these usually catch fire and grow fast. It's possible - I'll probably try it out.

Don't ask for feedback and then throw the "still has errors" line when people mention something that could use work :P I really like it.

Over the past two years, Pure Warfare has had two slogans; "Defending the defenseless" and "We came. We saw. We conquered." (Or Venimus, Vidimus, Vicimus). We think that along with our latest strides to expansion (new ranks, more content, etc), we're overdue for a new slogan. So, community, what are your ideas?

We should have done this, but for 20+. maybe we could have saved the world (of runescape). EDIT: People today have lost the definition of "pure". Pure implies that it is perfect. No imperfections. Thus, two defence is not pure. Pure would mean ONE DEFENSE, because there are no impurities. I hate the terms "barrows pure" and "rune pure" because those aren't pures. Those are PKers. There's a difference between a pure and a pker. Pure will always mean 1 defense to me.

Unfortunately, most of this community is not able to see a flame directed at themselves or their clan, and not retaliate. It's the "last word" effect - everyone needs to have it, which leads to a never ending cycle. As staff, banning and deleting is all we can really do. The real solution to the problem is the Clan Leaders. They have the control over these users. Unfortunately, the clan leaders are the root of the flame these days, so there's no end in sight. Until they step up, the staff will continue to ruthlessly act on flame and idiocy. If you find another solution, contact me.

You're what's wrong with society. The main idea of my entire topic was that the purewarfare staff will not take responsibility for deciding winners and losers. Think carefully before you go into battle, keyboard warrior.

Read the OP thoroughly before you post on my topic sounding stupid. The point of this was to tell you all that we want nothing to do with clan wars. PW does not want the responsibility of deciding winners and losers in these disputes. We believe that clan leaders, at least, should be mature enough to settle a matter before it even reaches Pure Warfare.

We've been saying this sense we've opened: Pure Warfare is nothing more than a community. We are your home. We are not the rulers of the pure world, nor do we want to be. It is not our job to review war footage and declare a winner. We are not judges. We simply allow YOU GUYS to broadcast yourselves. So you why is there a topic saying they'll lock topics if it includes false information.. Because that would be a situation where we're not asked to judge the situation. Is something is false, we'll remove it. But we're not going to decide clan war winners and such.

Lately we've had a lot of situations where two clans post a topic about the same war, both claiming to have won. Naturally, such disputes do arise. However, do not post a results topic on this forum until the results of your war are understood. If both clans think they won, the leaders should discuss it amongst themselves and decide what you'd like to do. If you can't reach an agreement, don't post. If I see another situation where this happens, the two leaders who posted the topics will lose their ability to post topics in this forum. I imagine that will irritate you immensely. tl;dr, if both clans post claiming wins, youre both ******.

It's not like you have to spend your time training all those 200 hours at once... My account is 6 years old because I trained everything legit in my free time. I refuse to contribute to an already failing economy by botting, and I respect other players by not crowding up training locations with some ****** bot. Is it really the worst thing in the world for you guys to actually spend time achieving a stat? Training is half the game, and you only have to do it once. After that, PKing will forever be available to you. Seriously, if you can't focus on a simple java game for even brief amounts of time, just quit Your argument for what I said is "You can do it over a 6 year span!" That's my point. I don't want to spend 6 years playing this game EVERY DAY in order to play the parts I want to play. I can focus for brief amounts of time. The 30minutes I spend pking every week or so, I can. 200 hours to get a 99 isn't a brief amount of time. Excuse my life, but I don't have time for that.

We do like playing. We just don't like "training." No game should expect players to do the same thing for 200+ hours.
