ya the 30 seconds or so total of u hitting us really ruined the moment today I also love all these long water-fall quotes ... I guess this is what happens when 12yr olds run your clan :teehee: ya i'd much rather have 25 yr olds running my clan :lol: im not flaming any1 here, or getting involved at all, i havent even read this thread but.. i would love to have a 25yr old run my clan...

i think this topic would better belong to runescape community or higher force forums. You are asking pures why you should train defence. pause for a minute, think about it, and tell me how this topic makes any sense. You are training your defence to wear armor. to answer your question...you won't be missing any quests. There are 5 quests that give under 20 defence xp. The only 1 that gives a bonus is nature spirit.

^he pked it off a spider eop thinks they are getting sniped by mm. you know eop/cp are tired for the #1 targeted clan? idk about cp, but maybe if eop cleaned up their act, it wouldn't happen as much.
