  1. It's hard to saybut to only name the closest: Ivp, Plode & Marty. There are so many more cool people I met though. I wish I could name them all. EDIT: Oh my god... How could I forget Leo. Hasn't been around runescape in years and no-one knows him but this kid is amazing. <3 Been playing lots of games with him.
  2. Good job Karl, Jay, Omni and whoever else helped with those decisions. Keep up the good work, although you might not always get a lot of thanks for it, it's really appreciated.
  3. Do it *****. I can't see any of the clans reopeing getting far, not with their old leadership that gave up and closed them. ...Just free loot for Tlp.:) I'm not doing anything.
  4. There's a new clan on the block that will surprise everyone this summer. That's all I'm going to say.
  5. Bob

    NmE vs Bv

Come on now... Whoever this 01[313]|bUSY guy is... he's totally clueless about who he's up against.
  6. Holy **** lol it's already been 5 years. :O
  7. Sorry buddy but if you have to post here to find people who want to help you create a clan, you are bound to fail and waste your time. Please, try not to take this personal instead try to look at it like an advice.
  8. Such an original topic idea... where did you get it from? So this post isn't entirely off topic... I'll go with Ivp, Plode, Jibs and myself. Yup... who would've thought?
  9. Pure memories... (Back when I used to enjoy soloing), pking at varrock drags with a small team and running into so many random mains. Before wildy became 98% pures lol. Same in F2P, pking at hut with some old friends and running into a million "runers" (mains in rune). Loved F2P luring at castle when it first started. Was fun. Clan memories... When I first started out and was totally clueless and I was still learning about clans and fights. I also loved the "walk back to edge" thing. I loved wars at greater's hut or member's gate. I loved looting main wars and getting out with invents full of rune. Loved the TP vs. S0 rivalry back in the day. Loved fighting huge groups of massers for 30 minutes at greaters, maze, etc in old wild with the slowest returning ever. There's so many more memories but I'll stop here for now.
  10. Jibs was way ahead of his time back in TP, always one step ahead. He was a great inspiration in my early leadership days. Ivp is a woman with a hand of steel in a velvet glove. She had such a solid and smart leadership, yet very caring for her clan and members. Plode was always around, always knew what he was talking about. Being extremely active and always there for his clan, he was able to take on heavy responsibilities. He also always seemed to be able to get people's mood up through humour. He was definitely one of the most underrated leaders this community has ever had. These are the three leaders I have learnt so much from.
  11. Nice one Jose. :) Although I doubt runescape t-shirts is a growing industry. :P
  12. With today's game state, and the amount of downtime there are in pure trips. I can't imagine following someone for (most of the time) ~2 hours without being able to talk/interact with others. In fights, it's a different story and in my opinion is really situational (numbers, location, situation, etc). I would tend to say, from personal experience, that most of the time, you want to have audio support.
  13. Yep. That's right. I'm currently planning a road trip with friends and we decided to each go and make some research and find awesome **** to do. So I figured it would be a good idea to turn to you awesome people. Firstly, here's a brief description of our situation. Right now we are 4 guys going for sure, there might be 4 chicks coming along, we will know that soon. We are all 20-22 years old. We will be leaving from Montreal, Canada (East Coast Canada) on the 7th of August and we are leaving for about 15 days (2weeks), we are hoping to be able to go all the way down to Florida but if there is too much to see on the way, we might just plan a shorter distance with more **** to do. We like to party hard, have a nice time at beaches, we can also enjoy nice museums and pretty much anything else. We don't care so much about where we sleep, motels are fine, luckily for us, we know very well the chicks who might be going and we're all more or less "nature" people as in we could have a blast camping, so we're also interested in nice camping sites, etc. I think this is all that you need to know, if you have more questions, ask away. Assume we have nothing planned yet, however, if that might help, here's a list of states we might/will probably pass by. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC (Not a state but...), Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida. Things we are interested in are, and not limited to, clubs, bars, beaches, things to see, nice city nightlife, restaurants, camping sites, amusement parks, and any type of tips you might have for us. Keep in mind we are 20-22 years old, not 14 and not 30. So try to put yourself in our place. It's hard to get real good feedback about stuff such as the nightlife, or beaches on the internet cause every site you go to feels like "We are the best beach in the world". Hence why I turned to you guys to get a legit answer. Anyways, thanks in advance for helping me out. I will check this topic frequently so if you have any question feel free to post them here or PM me on IRC. I'm easily found on #Epidemic as [E]Bawb. Thanks again!
  14. Good luck guys. Gonna refresh this topic for `Pure's reply.
  15. The "pure" accounts by the first ones who used the term was never meant to do clan fights in the first place.
  16. MM vs. FOE - No1 really can deny that this is one of the top rivalries. My personal favorites: E vs. TD - Was really fun. E vs. EOP vs. DV - Months of battles for #4 E vs. MM - Short but sweet.
  17. Lots of differences but it looks like everyone here saying they would fail believes that mains are on a different mind level lol. They're also mostly young people (20-) playing scape. Some of you talk like they're all geniuses. Also, their wars don't require much more skill, simply more time and money. Okay it requires a bit more organization in terms of getting fall ins after piles and finding the piles, but that's not rocket science. A fast paced pure war is simply DIFFERENT than a 10 hour long main war. What I think, 1) It would take time to adapt, possibly a few weeks to be able to compete, several weeks to be on the same level. 2) Many would quit because (1) not everyone is willing to invest much time in this game to make money for their clan fights. inb4dedication... it's the most boring game ever. And (2) not everyone is willing to invest several hours 5-10+ in clan fights (same reason as above). 3) Those who persist and enjoy the game even when playing that much could do very well.
  18. 1. Myself 2. Plode 3. Klar (Ivp) 4. Andrew (Jibs) We won't need a 5th.
  19. Good job. Although I am not impressed with the subtle attack at EOP.
  20. Sparatic Gun you have posted that same reply three times already, I think it's pretty clear no-one cares about what you have to say. Ill thank you for the bumps anyways!
  21. You all heard Inu. Now get back to posting pics/vids. Anyone has a vid of that tribal walk that took us a ******* hour?
