Right so we've been hearing about botted accounts having certain stats reset by Jagex and they claim it's a glitch. Now what if it's not a glitch, what if they are simply testing a future update? Jagex are known to dislike pures because they hurt Runescape's promise to players that you can do everything with one single account without having to stop and make a new one. So, what if Jagex plans to circumnavigate this problem by letting players 'backtrack' their stats, or in other words temporarily lower their stats to do things such as PK at lower combat levels? Would you train defence? What would happen to the pure clan world, would it be enhanced by the boosted presence of 'fake pures' or would it diminish because everybody would decide to train defence?

Are you suggesting that the welfs that attack MM on a daily basis 2 seconds before fights are actually instructed to do so from a pure clan? :O I thought it was just a coincidence!

People say Malice was great because of all the cool people, the chill attitude, the awesome graphics, the fresh feel, but there's something that wasn't really mentioned about us a lot, how great our trips were. If you ask any clan to describe how their trip went these days they'll tell you something along the lines of "oh we beat X, then we lost to Y, then Z crashed us, then we ended our trip", but the huge difference between that and what Malice had was that our fights were never the highlight of the trip, but there were subtle things that just made you come back for more. Sometimes these things were hilarious and sometimes they were trivial.

Rune pures belong in rune pure clans... I am not a rune pure... and I have no plans to become melee based so my combat will be too low to join any reputable rune pure clan. I'm not claiming to be a pure, what I am claiming is that I'm more pure than 2 def. 10 def, or any other of the crap builds pure clans let in because people screwed up their 1 def pure. My account isn't a product of a mistake - it's built based on what is statistically best and most effective. Defence any lower is missing out on bonuses and is extremely vulnerable, defense any higher loses offensive power. You can say what you want, but +34 defence levels for +5 strength bonus doesn't seem like the ideal trade-off

Well if they want the maximum number of pure clans to sign up I suggest they opt for F2P.

I'd say the leaders of MM take everything with equal seriousness and the members take sundays more seriously. Even if we have an off-pull on Saturday we somehow get more people to come the day directly after for the P2P event.

I'm in favor of the PCR list and have personally suggested it's reestablishment at the start of the month. The way it could work is with big clans ACing Wilderness fights while in the french BH worlds (for the F2P wars). Clan Wars wouldn't work simply because the winner of a CW fight would not be worthy in the eyes of the clanning world, nullifying the PCR list alltogether. The fights would also have to be in a very high level of the wilderness, at members gate or at maze, to prevent a returning war which normally has very unclear results (reference: Any FOE vs MM war that has taken place under 20 wilderness). It would work, despite what you say, and as mentioned by Rang3r4elmo it would give smaller clans realistic goals.
