it's sad that they're doing that to F2P and i hate all the updates that make it even worse than it is, but they're running a business. Would you rather have a decent inflow of money, with not many subscribers? Or a very large inflow of money with many many subscribers, especially if the only way to get option two is to make some small/medium size changes a part of the game. When JaGeX brought out pay to play membership, that was intended to make f2p a demo for the P2P gameplay, and for a while there they never did anything about that. Now they're remembering why there is a F2P at all and you don't have to pay to play the entire game

technically, a pure is an account with 1 stat trained (not including HP) so no. however, do i consider 20 defence to be an acceptable 'pure' in todays definition? nope. :rolleyes:

Tyler we been together in tlp forever, and i understand you alot. But if your saying why prolong the inevitable, then we should all just close or accept 40 def. Believe it or not we did a major def skip.. pcl era 2008 25 def was barely accepted. turmoil came out and we accepted 30 def. all of a sudden people just skipped to 35, without a REAL GOOD UPDATE. 40 def will be in 2012, and if not 40, it will be 45. this. 1-20.

it seems like bad reward but idk, maybe i'll get around to doing it some day.

the worst part is this is exactly what he's talking about: arrogance and ignorance. I agree with this thread completely, pure clanning used to be nice and clean, rarely this hostile. Back then there was no spying, no leaking, none of that nonsence. And it was all for fun.
