got denied and they don't tell you why or what to do to have it work next time so ?? how do you really decrease warn?

Ask a mod/admin in #purewarfare to find out why it was denied for you. If it wasn't taken away there's a reason. If your posting has still been ******/flaming/baiting then that's probably why it was denied. An appeal does not guarantee that you warn will be taken away.
