I usually set up my inventories with having 2 rocktails on the left, then a brew and lastly a pneck. Then I just spam click from left to right and combo eat rocktail brew while I try to put p neck on. It's also important to try to stay with a unit of people, you don't want to clump up but if you get to far away from your friends you will be an easy pile and bang. Also you should try to learn and predict when they are going to spec so you get your melee prayer up in time, you don't want it to activate when you spawn in edgeville. Protect from summoning does not work against some familiars(steel titans for example) so I don't recommend using it, use protect from range instead and if the person with the steel titan is in melee range obviously protect from melee. It does massive damage otherwise. Only protect from magic if you get in a clump.
