If it's a small change, which would help out a lot and not take long to do, Jagex would consider it more than a full idea for a Quest. As long as they see fit to add the change(s). Just tell them they NEED to update something about the wilderness to draw more people to it, make it alive again and make it fun again. If RuneScape would make a small change like this I'm sure everyone in the pure community would be satisfied for a while. Maybe some monsters in the wildy that drop items, (not like revs) but like ACTUALLY in the wildy.
