If you haven't noticed almost all the NH clans have terrible members and end up closing. If anything the pure community would become worse and their would be twice as many clan hoppers. Hacking would also increase throughout the pure community, almost all the clans that allow teleporting also allow their members to hack.

I agree there's more to being NH than being pixel hungry. It's more of a character trait.
