People believed it was an attempt at most votes cast online or something of that nature. It's been said that a JMod stated that the Guinness appearing on the page was a "glitch", and that it was removed for that reason.

Love the PW ad. The 10second countdown was silly before the "1 2 3 GO!" part. Have a 1 2 3 timer go with that.

That's a good take on it. It can definitely be sad that Jagex took a hit on membership when Trade/Wildy died. After a few years, the biggest offenders which caused them to remove eventually gave up and shipped out, so Jagex may be looking to cash back in. It would be a TERRIBLE move for them to dangle this infront of a community where I can't think of anybody who wouldn't want this change, and then say "nope, not enough votes." If that was the case, it'd be a yes/no vote and they'd do it that way. However, this vote IS being recorded by Guinness World Records, so it's possibly Jagex already intended to do this update, and is simply milking it, which I can understand. More or less, I highly doubt we are being "trolled" by Jagex. It would help them in no way. Keep in mind, though, that there will certainly be other methods of preventing RWT. Suspicious trades and wilderness kills will be monitored. You probably won't be allowed to take a lot of things into the wilderness (like BH was). That's fine though, the big thing about us pushing for this update is that it will improve the pure clan world, and that's great. If this goes through, and the replacement restrictions they introduce to prevent RWT aren't too ridiculous, I may play again (the result they were looking for). EDIT: So true. To vote multiple times, you need to refresh, which gets the page so many hits, which I'm sure is doing great for ads.

Community can't handle a RvB right now, there's too much e-tension.

I recently got talked into joining my school's wrestling team by the coach and my friend, who's a captain. Those of you who know me know that I'm fit, and have been working out a few months, and put on some muscle. So far, I've learned that wrestling has easily the most difficult practices. If you complain about running for practice, or any other conditioning, take it from someone who does multiple sports... it's nothing compared to wrestling (at least at my school?). You're moving, at all times. The few breaks you do get are spent jogging around the apparatus (wrestling room), wrestling bouncing, or doing some other form of exercize. There are intervals of about 15 minutes of different intense drills, and then a 45 minute drill of constant intensity. This is the only sport that has soaked my shirt in sweat by the end of practice. The thing is, I love it. I love the discipline of the sport. Too many teams these days spend their practices screwing around, are unfit, unconditioned, and never listen to their captains as leaders. My favorite thing is that none of this is said about wrestling. It's discipline, and respect. I'm only at about 5 practices, and you need 13 to wrestle in a match, and even then I need to earn a spot in a weight class, but I'm looking forward to it.

It's immaturity, and due to the main age group of the game, it'll never end. Unfortunate. Look at this topic. The immaturity can't even be discussed without fingers being pointed, and the very problem being addressed sparks up.
