This is obviously the reason. What else makes sense? Sarcasm? When people think of pures in the pure community AKA "Pure Warfare" it means 1-35 defence with 30+ defence being turmoil. When everyone else thinks of pures AKA the rest of runescape they are thinking of somewhere between the range of 1-20 defence with 1 defence being mostly accepted. New recruits imo don't want to adapt the the new type of "pure clanning" with turmoil and all this junk

Why wouldn't it be? Sometimes if you work they just take away your financial aid depends on your situation. If I worked I would probably lose money specifically because of my situation. In other words, im not a rich kid IRL. But If I work they put my parents income AND my income together and assume we make a lot of $$$ meaning no FINAID.

I can't wait till he is gone. If I recall in that 2004 GOP speech or whatever it's called he talked about how important education is and how "everyone should have a chance". 6 years later he's in office and he makes education cuts and here I am limiting my educational decisions because of this moron.

I think turmoil and the overwhelming number of maxed turmoil accounts in the pure community really makes it hard to recruit ANYONE nowadays. I really think that newcomers don't feel comfortable being placed in a highly competitive situation and a community where it's hard to keep up to. If you were a new recruit of a pure clan and you were around level 75-80 ( what alot of 1 defence pures in f2p combat are) and you go to your first prep and you get banged out by 4 level 120s with chaotic and dung toys would you even want to play at that point. The complexity of pure clanning now days for new recruits that have never pure clanned seems to be too much and i've noticed this. The pure community is living off of the slowly dying old school.

I completely agree, pulls have been down for every clan except IR I would say because they are the only clan that has been progressing instead of degressing imo. I also agree with CHAIN in a couple months people will settle down in school and start being active. And does anyone else find it funny that there is less activity when the wilderness is out then PvP and BH?

Just wait a couple months and I guarantee you guys will change your requirements to allow Turmoil in. Would you like to place a bet on this or just keep assuming things for no reason? If you want to compete with the top dogs, you will do it. MM are more than competing atm and they don't accept it. Don't see why it should be any different for us. You don't have a history of youtube fanboys and random people who register on their forums claiming to be old school from 8 years ago. And that's going to harm us how...? It's hard to keep up because once you hit a slump it will be hard to get out of, not saying you're going to get in one anytime soon but every clan hits one eventually. Clans like FoE MM and TLP deal with this easily because as they have people leave it's very easy to get members as they have old school and fanboys and so on. I wish you guys the best of luck though cause I like your community.

IR From when I started clanning I always heard that LPC, MPC, and HPC always meant Low Pure Clan, Medium Pure Clan, and High Pure Clan. I would figure that the factors in being a LPC MPC or HPC would depend BOTH on amount of pulls and levels compared to other clans in the community. So both factors really influence the competition.
